Local Delivery

We deliver to locally within the West London area and charge based on your postcode. We may reach out to you to rearrange delivery if a product in your order is out of stock or requires additional time to produce. Our deliveries are en-route from 12:30 and onwards in a refrigerated van.

We deliver every day of the week. (except Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, unless explicitly mentioned)

We can take requests for a specific time window, however we may not be able to guarantee delivery in the given time window.

We run the Check 25 Policy. It is an offence to sell alcohol and oyster knife accessories to any person under the age of 18 and we operate age verification checks. Anyone under the age of 18 who attempts to order or take delivery of alcohol or oyster knife accessories will have the sale cancelled. 


All of our produce and wine should arrive at your chosen destinated fresh and in excellent condition. However, in the event that your order arrives faulty, damaged or not fresh, please contact us immediately on 02088925788 or via email, where we can discuss a refund or replacement.

We may in some instances require that the order (or a part of) to be returned for evaluation. We will arrange with you collection of the goods and to your preference either send you a replacement or provide a refund to the value of the faulty goods.


You may cancel your order before 24 hours your order is due for catering, bespoke products and perishable preordered items. If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly via 02088925788 or
