Our brandy smokin’ wood chunks are fabulous for smoking your food with a strong smoky flavour with a slight brandy aroma!
Our oak wood chunks are made from used oak barrels from the Rioja region of Spain. They are infused with brandy and give your BBQ and food a strong smoky flavour with a touch of brandy aroma. These chunks compliment food such as Bold red meats, game, meaty Fish and hearty vegetables such as aubergine.
To use our Oak Brandy smoking chunks, you can choose to first soak them for at least 30 minutes. and be sure to let the wood drip dry for a few minutes before adding it to the fire. You want the wood to be moist, not dripping wet. Next add our Chunks to your coals or use on their own for that original wood BBQ with a prolonged wood smokin’. They will infuse the food and enhance the flavours.
