The great Cumberland coil sausage can be dated back hundreds of years and traditionaly was made and sold in a length. It was coiled and stove cooked.
Today we have this tasty sauage in our usual size. Our version of the Cumberland sausage is a, higher meat content than supermarket versions, tasty blend of pork with black pepper.
