We produce a number of items including sauces, soups, stews and fish pies all made in-house. If you have any questions about the produce we sell pop into our store give our team a call. But here’s a line-up of some great “to-go” products we’re busy making in our kitchens this season.
Chutney – delicious apple and rhubarb chutney made by our chef Jacob
Fish Pies – topped with creamy mash piping, with Shellfish or without for 1 or 2 people.

NEW! Fish cakes – we have two fresh fish cakes on the kitchen menu. A Summer fish cake made with haddock poached in milk, a good pinch of Cheddar cheese, mustard and some fresh dill and spring onion. Lovely with tartare sauce or lemon mayo. Our Thai fish cake is made from fresh salmon with lime leaves, a little red chilli, garlic, coriander, ginger and lemongrass. A really fragrant fish cake that’s delicious with Nonya’s Secrets sweet chilli sauce and an Asian style slaw.
Other Pies – Our Pork Pie is now served in a delicious Ploughmans to-go bag with our home-made apple and rhubarb chutney and a wedge of Coastal Cheddar – go good!!
Salmon Pastrami – this is cured and smoked in-house then pre-sliced into 100g packs
