


We love creating delicious and artistic seafood platters and are happy to cater for individual tastes by taking a verbal brief on the things you love to eat. All platters are made in-house and are available for collection in store or for delivery to your door.
Our party platters are made up of any number of ingredients from freshly cooked shellfish and smoked fish to oysters platters and sashimi arrangements. All platters are garnished with samphire, fresh herbs and lemon or to your specific tastes.

All preparation is carried out in house with whole salmons being poached and dressed with ‘cucumber scales’ to maintain moisture and decorated with flower cut vegetables and fresh parsley and lemon slices.
Sizes begin with a 2kg Salmon and go up in increments to our largest at a whopping 5.5kg.
An all-inclusive price, starting at £40.00 for 2.0kg serving about 10 to 12 servings if you have 1 extra protein ( a chicken dish for example) to £99.00 for the 5.5kg salmon.
These prices includes the cost of the fish, poaching skinning, boning and dressing on a platter. A returnable deposit maybe required.

Roasted fillets can be prepared with a topping of your choice, but please specify if you prefer skin on or off when ordering.
The price of the raw fish price plus £5.00 for a 2kg salmon and plus £7.50 for salmon over 2kg in weight. This is for boning, poaching and skinning, seasoning and plating up with a garnish of your choice.

Dining in this Valentine’s Day is probably more likely than dining out, but that doesn’t mean anyone has to spend the whole day cooking to create a lovely meal at home.
The Sandys event team including our in-house chefs and sommelier have created a luxurious but well balanced 3 course menu for two. With some additional extras such as sparkling wine, red wine, oysters and cheese, your Valentines evening is sorted, well almost!
Heating and serving has been made fuss-free, but instructions are provided in the box. Hampers can be ordered via enquiries@sandysfish.net or by simply giving us a call to order your dinner and any extras.

As we head into another period of restrictions, Sandys would like to reassure all our customers and team members that your health is our biggest priority. We are closely following the guidance of the U.K. government, Public Health England and The World Health Organisation to minimise the impact to public health, as such, to our already stringent cleaning regime we have put additional measures in place. We are also being highly respectful of social distancing and have ensured all staff wear a face covering whilst serving you.
If you are worried about handling cash notes, use your payment card, remember Sandys has NO minimum amount by card.
We appreciate the need to have access to wholesome fresh food so we have suspended our delivery charge for sales under £50 (it was free above £50) in the local area. There is a £2.50 charge for orders out of area under the £50. We are happy to deliver your order vac-packed to ensure freshness.
We are not just a fishmonger, we also sell meat and poultry together with wine and a full deli range including authentic pasta, oils, rice, condiments from all over the world and nearer to home, our in-house prepared sauces, soups and fish pies.
Lastly… Please if you have a neighbour who you don’t see much of, knock on their door just to say hello and ask if you can get anything from the shops for the, or give them our number. If they don’t just someone knocking on their door could make their day. If you feel comfortable to swap phone numbers then do so, again a quick phone call may bring a smile.
