Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat your oven to 200°C. Remove the outer packaging and place the beef on it’s greaseproof paper on a roasting tray. Cook for 25-30mins for medium rare and 35-40 mins for medium well. Allow the beef to rest for 5mins before cutting. Use a long, thin, sharp knife to cut the beef following the lines on the puff pastry as a guide on where to cut for the portions. The little tail ends can be removed and enjoyed by the chef while you portion the beef into two slices per plate.
