ABOUT: Kaikenes are wild geese, native to Patagonia, that fly across the Andes between Chile and Argentina. The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Kaiken’s own vineyards in Agrelo, while the Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes are from the Uco Valley. Vistalba and Agrelo produce ripe reds that have good body, while Uco Valley, which has some of the world’s highest vineyards at 1,300 meters above sea level, produces elegant and refined reds with good levels of acidity. All grapes are hand-harvested.
