ABOUT:  La Bretesche, located just south of Sevre, has a strong oceanic influence and a rich past dating back as far as 1387.  As a fourth generation winemaker, Jérémie is absolutely committed to Muscadet’s ancient traditions and better understanding each plot he works with.  He’s certainly making his mark as a world-class winemaker since he took over the family estate in 2001.  Grapes for this traditional method sparkling wine were hand harvested and no sulphur was added during disgorgement.
