ABOUT: Founded in 1970, El Coto is today one of Rioja’s best known producers. All grapes are hand picked and only the best grapes were selected for this wine. The wine has been aged for 24months in a mixture of American and French 75% of which was new. This was followed by a further 36months ageing in bottle. This is a mature and elegant wine, rich in aromatic complexity.
