ABOUT: The dandelions growing in Elena and Zar Brook’s vineyard supress the Winter weeds and provide mulch in the Summer. The Brooks named their Riesling after the Enchanted Garden, an Eden Valley Vine Garden planted in 1910 that thrives to this day.

Elena, a talented winemaker, makes wine across the beautiful curve of regions that runs from the Barossa up through Eden Valley and the Adelaide Hills down to McLaren Vale in South Australia.

The wine received minimal fining and filtration and has tinges of green and white gold in the glass. Absolutely bone-dry, it has great structure and length.

ABV: 11%
