ABOUT: Founders of Cannonball Wines, Yoav and Michael launched Angels and Cowboys in 2014 with the vision of creating wines that indulge the lover, the trailblazer and rule breaker in all of us! Drawing on traditional as well as progressive wine making, they make a range of standout blends and their rosé is no exception. Made using the traditional Provençal method to preserve an old world tradition and the youthfulness of the fruit, this rosé is both vibrant and complex. This Vin Gris method permits only a short maceration of grape juice and skins. Harvested in the cool of the early morning, fermentation took place in stainless steel and the grape must was left on its lees for several weeks after. This imparts creamy notes to the wine to balance the vibrant fruit and acidity.
