Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat your oven to 200°C. Remove the outer packaging and place the beef on it’s greaseproof paper on a roasting tray. Cook for 25-30mins for medium rare and 35-40 mins for medium well. Allow the beef to rest for 5mins before cutting.
